CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Software Support Analyst

·	Conducts specific training on-site and in classroom on the main features of our software and how it pertains to dealership applications. Adapts certain procedures/instruction to meet the needs of the dealership and their specific business practices.
·	Trains customer in the use of equipment, software, and manuals. Adapts training methods to the specific needs of the individual trainees.
·	Instructs dealership personnel to use new or modified equipment and/or software.
·	Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems via the telephone. Recommends or performs actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation and specific customer needs. May need to apply previous knowledge in fixing issues never encountered before.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	College degree in CIS, MIS or related field or equivalent schooling/experience. Familiarity with computers and MS operating systems required. Experience with customer service and ability to train others and communicate ideas either one-on-one or in a classroom setting.
·	Position requires nation-wide travel up to 50% of the time.

Programmer Analyst

·	Evaluates user requests to determine feasibility and time required.
·	Develops new programs that are easy to read, maintain, debug, and execute efficiently with the end-user in mind; seeking customer satisfaction and striving to improve the product.
·	Analyzes problems and suggests alternative solutions.
·	Debugs and modifies existing code.
·	Maintains and supports existing code.
·	Documents projects clearly and thoroughly; documentation must be accurate, complete, and readable.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	College degree in Computer Information Systems degree or related field plus 2 years computer programming and analyst experience with COBOL and/or VB Development. Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems required. Good communications skills desired.

Quality Assurance Representative

·	Develops testing plans and executes the testing and documentation of software in order to meet scheduled software release date.
·	Performs positive and negative testing of software changes. Documents results and advises Programmer of any issues. Follows established testing standards.
·	Keeps updated, accurate records of testing, documentation, and conversion times.
·	Accurately and timely records concerns found in testing or as reported by BETA sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	Computer degree and familiarity with computers. Experience with or aptitude for attention to detail and documentation required. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

National Sales Representative

·	Generates new opportunities for Dubuque Data Services by visiting new prospective customers, following up on leads, cold calls and researching opportunities.
·	Communicates directly with people of all levels both internally and external, and works with prospective customer’s management staff.
·	Follows through on all aspects of the sales process, being responsive to customer’s needs.
·	Makes presentations to various groups within the prospective customer’s organization.
·	Prepares the written proposal in response to prospective customer’s RFP, and coordinates all information from the different disciplines and arranges the formal response.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	College degree plus 3 years sales experience in the auto industry or sales experience with computer software or hardware. Requires great attention to detail, well developed presentation skills, excellent written & oral communication skills.

Finance and Insurance Support Representative

·	Answers customer questions about software functionality and trains customers on features in the software, both over the phone and on-site at dealerships.
·	Works with Support and Programming to identify priority customer issues needing attention.
·	Researches business rules for various finance sources and insurance companies, and documents information.
·	Creates new reports (using Crystal Report Writer) that are easy to read, maintain, debug, customer friendly, and execute efficiently and tests project and verifies that desired result are obtained.
·	Performs all testing of conversion for each ALFI dealer’s database prior to conversion. Documents any issues encountered, including researched business rules.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	College degree with advanced knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and their formulas and calculations. Knowledge of the auto finance industry and the ability to research complex issues. Familiarity with ALFI (Automated Lease, Finance & Insurance) application a plus.
·	Position requires some travel.

Customer Account Manager

·	Maintains informed and solid relationship with DDS customer accounts.
·	Determines efficiency status of customers’ hardware and software as well as the dealership’s understanding and usage of the DDS Dealership Management Software.
·	Sells hardware and software upgrades as needed. Sells and advises on web training as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	Business degree plus 2 years face-to-face sales experience. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Computer skills and experience with MS Office software required.
·	Position requires some travel.

Marketing Assistant

·	Facilitates the creation of a monthly/quarterly newsletters.
·	Creates product marketing materials and assistance Marketing Manager with internal programs and promotions by use of various media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
·	Coordinates the Lunch & Learn on-line training programs.
·	Works with Marketing Manager to organize NADA Convention planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
·	Marketing degree or 3 years related business experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposed marketing programs and promotional material to management with fresh ideas and prototypes. Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects. Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop software required.

Installation Coordinator

·	Develops, implements and monitors the installation process for all assigned installations from beginning to end using the tools designed for the installation process. Enhances these tools as necessary.
·	Schedules, attends and facilitates pre-install and post-install meetings.

·	College degree in MIS, CIS, Marketing, Accounting or related fields with 2 years experience in customer service or project management. Familiarity with computer hardware & operating systems and experience with MS Office products required.
